Welcome to the HWGYF fundraising information page. Financial donations help cover program costs such as equipment, field rental, EMT coverage, insurance, and other necessities and help to maintain low player registration fees.  All Board members, coaches, and helpers are volunteers – please note that no fund raising monies go to cover any salaries or payments to volunteers.

Types of Donations

Friends and Family Donation: this donation is typically made to the program in honor of a current/past player or cheerleader.  All Friends and Family donors are recognized in the annual HWGYF program that is distributed to families during the first half of the season.  Donors are encouraged to include commentary or congratulations with their donation for reprinting in the program.  The donation is traditionally $100 but can be more/less.

Corporate Donations: these donations are typically made by, or on behalf of, a company, small business, or non-profit organization.  Corporate donations are generally made at the levels shown below, but HWGYF gladly welcomes any level of support.  Corporate donors are recognized in the HWGYF annual program with ‘advertisements’ of various sizes depending on the amount of the donation.  HWGYF will work with each corporate donor to design the advertisement and incorporate your logo as appropriate/requested.

How to Donate

Donations can be made on-line at time of registration (or) at any time by sending a check to Kevin Lech, the HWGYF Treasurer at the address below.  The HWGYF Brochure Coordinator will reach out to the donor to discuss the program advertisement.
